Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of enrollment or purchase. Delivery takes 5–7 working days, depending on the location.

3. Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free for all eligible learning programs, activity kits, or educational products, unless otherwise specified.

🔁 Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Spacetopia is not an e-commerce or marketplace platform. All offerings are educational in nature—be it self-paced programs, live workshops, or shipped learning kits.

1. No Refunds or Returns:

Once a registration or order is placed for any online program, activity kit, or educational product, no refunds or returns are possible.

2. Non-Cancellable Programs:

Online events, instructor-led sessions, or camps are non-cancellable once enrolled.

3. In Case of Issues:

If a kit is damaged or incomplete, please write to hello@stemandspace.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and take corrective action, if applicable.
